Our organizations has three major programs that together define the core of our agenda and outlook on the workplace environment.
Global Community: A global network of female leaders An international network of influential top executives in their fields. This platform aims to advance society and empower women by allowing them to influence their community outside the workforce, by mentoring companies and individuals locally and abroad. The community, for its part, places an emphasis on its own connection between its members, and hosts prestigious closed events and workshops with professional guest speakers. The core values leading these communities are synergy, friendship and giving.

Decision makers program
A joint program that cooperates with influencial focal points within organizations and workplaces, and enables implementing the core values of our agenda from within the companies core.
DIIP program
Stands for Diversity, Innovation, Inclusion, Parenthood and portrays the main values by which the program wishes to establish a work-life balance way of life.
